The Lighthouse is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and their personal information which is why we are transparent about any data we may take and the way it is used.

The data we collect:

If you are making a reservation or enquiry with us we will take your name, email address and phone number in order to provide the best customer service. We will only use this information to process your booking or enquiry with us.

Customers can make a reservation or enquiry over the phone and the information they give will be directly entered into our calendar bookings system. Please be aware that any information written down manually about a booking will be transferred onto our secure calendar system as soon as possible and the manual copy will then be destroyed. 

Customers are also able to make a booking via email. They can email us directly at or they may contact us through the online form on our website. The online form on our website is processed by a third party provider called Squarespace, however Squarespace do not store any form submissions in their system. All submissions are automatically sent to our email address and are not stored anywhere else. 

Please also be aware that we do use cookies on our website as they help us analyse how services are being accessed and used, and enable us to track performance of these services. If you do not want this information to be tracked then you are able to opt out by disabling cookies on your browser. 

We email returning and loyal customers from time to time to give updated information on our Christmas parties, deals and services. If you would like to be on this list of customers, please send us an email at to give us explicit permission to contact you.
